FEMALE ENFORCER EVENT!
December 1st-2nd 2025. Peak Performance, Force Readiness & Personal Resilience. This exciting event is designed to equip female law enforcement officers with the specialized tactical skills and personal strategies necessary to excel in today’s demanding environment. PLEASE NOTE: Scholarship applications will be accepted from October 1st to March 31st. Interviews for scholarship applicants will be held in April and scholarship recipients will be notified shortly after. The LEO Scholarship Awards Ceremony will be held in May.
Complete applications must be received by the application deadline date to be considered for a scholarship award. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Award amounts will vary among applicants each year. The LEO scholarship should be considered a competitive scholarship.
An individual's involvement in law enforcement, criminal justice, or corrections along with community service and academic achievement will be taken into account. The scholarship pool amount, and individual awards are subject to change without notice, as it is dependent on vendor career fair participation.

2026 Breakthrough: Women Leading the Way

This course empowers women at all levels to thrive in their chosen profession by equipping them with the necessary skills, strategies, and mindset to navigate challenges and drive positive change. Through a combination of theoretical insights, practical tools, case studies, and interactive discussions, participants will explore the unique dynamics of leadership they face, develop confidence and resilience, and learn to leverage their strengths to achieve professional success. This course aims to inspire and empower women to lead authentically, resiliently, and effectively because...why not?



2026 FEMALE PISTOL SKILLS
This 2-day course is designed as a great refresher of handgun skills. it is a friendly and open environment to refresh the essentials of shooting. the emphasis is on shooting fundamentals, elements of shooting and the SAFE series. It will reinforce accurate shooting and positive manipulation of the handgun.
There are no egos allowed in this course, it is certain to be a fun way to build your skills without stress or pressure from anyone else.

2026 ADVANCED FEMALE PISTOL SKILLS
This 2-day course is designed to build on fundamental shooting skills for female officers. The course will include refresher material from basic courses and will build into more advanced application of those skills. The class is designed for officers who are comfortable with their shooting, but have a desire to increase their abilities in a friendly environment. The course covers shooting at various distances, one-handed pistol manipulation, shooting from cover, shooting while moving and other related skills.

2026 Female Rifle Skills
This 2-day course is designed for the female officer to refine and build patrol rifle skills in an environment that is open and encouraging. It will cover the fundamentals of using a patrol rifle such as loading, unloading, manipulation of the fire controls, three types of reloads, malfunction clearance techniques, transition from rifle to handgun, sighting considerations, positional shooting, ballistics, rifle set-up and related equipment selection.

Pistol, 3 magazines and 200 rounds
Rifle, 3 magazines and 1000 rounds
Flashlight (for rifle)

Events that MAWP hosts are part of our mission. To build relationships, network and find your tribe. We encourage if you are looking for mentorship and peer support to attend one of the events. We do a range of activities from attending sporting events, paint parties, physical activity, firearm practice and more! Our members go on to have lots of social events outside of MAWP as well!
